The VIP Experience is designed for attendees who want more than a seat in the room.
It’s for those who value proximity, conversation, and access before, during, and
after the conference.
What VIP Means
VIP attendees receive enhanced access across the entire weekend,
including priority seating at the conference, early check-in, and an invitation to a private,
post-conference VIP dinner experience held the following evening.
Conference Access (For Two People)
Your VIP ticket includes:
Your full conference pass
One additional full conference ticket for a guest to attend the entire conference with you (The conference guest must be male to align with the Next Level Men conference experience.)
Attend together. Sit together.
Experience the conference side by side.
Private VIP Dinner Experience
(Saturday night)
Following the conference, VIP ticket holders are invited to a private, curated dinner experience the next evening.
This includes:
Dinner access for you
One additional guest of your choice (your guest may be male or female)
The dinner experience features:
A special guest speaker (not presenting at the conference)
Fireside-style conversation
No presentations. No selling. No recordings.
A setting designed for real dialogue and meaningful connection.
VIP access is strictly limited to 15 ticket holders
to preserve the quality of conversation, access, and the overall experience.
Once VIP tickets are sold out, they will not be expanded.

Shea Hillenbrand
Shea Hillenbrand is a former Major League Baseball All-Star whose career and life journey
reflect resilience, discipline, and purpose beyond the game.
Drafted out of Mesa Community College, Shea reached the Major Leagues in 2001 and quickly established himself as a powerful and consistent hitter. During his seven-year MLB career with the Boston Red Sox and Arizona Diamondbacks, he earned two All-Star selections and competed at the highest level of professional baseball.
At the height of his career, Shea made the uncommon decision to step away from baseball to prioritize family and long-term impact. Since then, he has dedicated himself to mentorship, youth baseball, and helping others navigate life and performance transitions as a speaker and founder of the Against All Odds Foundation.
At Next Level Men, Shea will speak on Peak Performance at the Highest Level, drawing on his experience competing under pressure, redefining success, and sustaining excellence when the stakes are highest.
